MOULDED PVC BOSS
CONNECTORS\SADDLES WITH QUICK STRAP CONNECTION New to the Aymroo PVC fittings range are the Moulded PVC Boss Connectors or Saddles. (Prov. Patent # ) To inspire confidence in these saddle fittings Aymroo have designed an Injection Moulded version with new features to make their installation quicker and easier. Previous fabricated saddles use poly strap and buckles to secure to pipe while the sealant cures which has always been a tiresome method. The new Quick Strap system uses rubber straps that can secure the saddle fitting in a matter of seconds. A moulded 'sealant channel' has also been included in the design which will guide the application of the preferred sealant around the fitting ensuring proper coverage. Included with the fitting is also a template for the marking and cutting of the main being connected to. All these features allow the new Quick Strap Saddle to be installed in a matter of minutes, much easier than cutting in a junction in order to connect a branch to an existing PVC line. Made in Australia to the 1260 Standard and coming under Aymroo's Watermark Schedule quality is guaranteed.
